Feels and smells like its mostly water and not alcohol, but I can’t confirm it.

These do not contain alcohol they are just normal wipes. If they contained alcohol there would be some kind of fumes coming from the wife and there is none. I cannot recommend this product.

I am not the first user to report that they don’t have alcohol. They came wet. But it’s water. Doesn’t smell like alcohol and it doesn’t seem like the sealing failed. It’s well sealed, with pressure meaning that alcohol could have never evaporated. It’s just a scam. Three bags I’ve bought and all of them are water. In addition, the wipes are extremely small. No use for one’s hands.
