the item was found broken when delivered. BUT The seller responded quickly and offered to make a refund & replacement right away. the instructions on how to do so were slightly unclear, but we got through it successfully. I received a new one intact and without problems. we started using the dust mop right away. My dad loves using it to wipe dust off the walls high out of reach & to reach under furniture for dust and hair debris. I appreciate that there is a replacement cloth cover to alternate washing one and using a fresh cloth. it is a decent tool.
