My Dyson stoped working, the local Dyson agency people told me that there is a filter issue and as they don’t have filters in stock I should wadh my old filter with soap and water. I did so and there wad some improvemenet but can only work in medium strength. I ordered this new hepa filters that arrived doon and my Dyson works perfectly in all modes.
